The P&C sources funds via parent contributions, grants, locker hire and community sponsors. Decisions about how to spend the money are made at the general P&C meetings.

Please note that this is not a complete list of expenditure and income for the P&C but is given as an indication of what the P&C has achieved in recent times.

2024

P&C has committed to spending around $130,000 in 2024:

  • $33,000 – various Well Being sessions – $25,500 funded by a grant from Chatswood RSL
  • $25,000 – Part time employement costs for the Book-keeper and the Uniform shop employees
  • $25,000 – Kitchen renovations
  • $8,500 – Support for School Programs
  • $6,000 – Year 12 Yearbook
  • $5,000 – Before and after school sports programs
  • $5,000 – Sports Equipment for new hall
  • $4,750 – Orientation day, World Teachers Day, Art Show, Welcome Event
